Services
The site lists VIP (private vehicle) transfers, shared shuttle trips, boat / Symi tours and activities. Availability, price and route follow the record at booking time. Operations run from the Dalaman and Datça branches.
Booking and payment
A booking is completed with accurate passenger and contact details. Payment may be by card (on the payment provider page), bank transfer or other methods shown on the site. Confirmation depends on the chosen method and payment status. The amount shown in the booking summary is the price.
Cancellation and changes
Cancellation, date change and refund rules depend on the service type (VIP, shuttle, boat, activity) and the selected fare. The conditions shown at booking apply. As a general frame: notify us as early as you can; a paid cancellation or refund deduction may apply. In force majeure (weather, road, official restriction) we may offer an alternative trip or postponement; a specific outcome is not guaranteed.
Liability
Transfers and tours are carried out with reasonable care. Liability for indirect loss from traffic, weather, third-party delay or incorrectly declared passenger data is limited, subject to mandatory law. Passengers should take reasonable care of luggage and valuables.
